Data Deletion Requests
6.1 Overview
Customers may request the deletion or removal of their personal data, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.
Deletion requests may include full deletion, partial deletion, or removal from marketing communications.
6.2 Full Deletion
A full deletion request permanently removes all personal data that is not legally required to be retained, including:

Legal Retention Exception for Photos & Attachments
Photos or attachments submitted by the customer may be retained if required for:
- Legal compliance
- Insurance claim documentation
- Accident or damage verification
- Law enforcement requests
- Service record accuracy
- Settlement of disputes
- Fraud investigation
If retention is legally required, the Company may decline deletion until the retention need expires.
6.3 Partial Deletion
A partial deletion request removes specific categories of customer information, such as:

Other required data (service logs, payment history, legally protected records) will remain stored securely as required by law.
6.4 Removal From Marketing Lists
A customer may request removal from:

This request does not delete your account or service history, it only stops marketing communications.
